Limitation of Liability

Our total cumulative liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the membership relationship under the following conditions:

• By You: You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending verified earnings will be processed per our standard withdrawal policy.
• By Us: We may suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or harmful conduct.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Unearned or invalidated commissions will be forfeited.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — shall survive and continue in effect.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cryptorise Network is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through:

3. Courts of competent jurisdiction in our registered jurisdiction as a final resort

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in class-action lawsuits against us. Each dispute shall be resolved individually.
